I am a Functional Medicine Practitioner and a Certified Functional Nutritional Therapist. I help people all over the world heal by balancing their body systems. Why? Because I know what it’s like to be sick and not have answers. But I experienced healing, and you can too.

  • What will I have to do to heal?

    The plans Heidi creates in collaboration with you are bio-individualized, so know the plan before your initial assessment, conversation with Heidi, and any recommended testing is complete. Heidi partners with people to balance the body systems, and empowers her clients to learn about their own body so they can help it heal. Ultimately, it's the client's role to implement changes (with Heidi's help and support!) and adjust their lifestyle to bring balance back into the body. It's not easy, but for anyone who's sick of the endless doctor's visits and medications, it's SO worth it!

  • Why is EnergyRx included in Private Functional Medicine?

    Every health issue is a sign of imbalanced body systems. When one body system is compromised or imbalanced it affects the others. EnergyRx is a client companion program designed around building a solid foundation of health by bringing balance to each body system. Private Functional Medicine goes further to do appropriate testing to uncover the specific nature of imbalances and root causes for the concerning symptoms. The information in EnergyRx addresses imbalances broadly and Private Functional Medicine helps to narrow in and focus on the specific imbalances in an even more detailed and strategic way. Many find significant relief in addressing imbalances in a broad way while others may appreciate the attention of focusing in on their particular health concerns.

  • How does payment work?

    Payment for all Private Functional Medicine packages is due before the first session. We take all major credit cards, debit cards, FSAs (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSAs (Health Savings Accounts). We do not work directly with insurance companies in an effort to keep our costs as low as possible. We offer a payment plan option for Private Functional Medicine if that is helpful. Please let Heidi know if you are interested in a payment plan.
