Next, importantly, you need to log into your account in order to access your booking and attend the consult. An email has been sent to your email address to ensure your account is set up securely. The subject line is "Join Heidi Toy on Practice Better". Here is what the email looks like:

  • What if I have used Practice Better before?

    You will have the same activation email as a new user.


    Practice Better will create seperate portals for you for each practicioner you are using, which can be switched between while loging in or in your profile dropdown menu.

  • I can't find the Email

    The email is automatic and very unlikely to fail to be sent.


    In the unlikely event it is not at the top of your inbox, please wait 10 minutes then re-open your email, and check your spam folder.
