We will spend half a year going through everything possibly related to your issues, big or small. We will delve deep and come at this from all different angles. Nitty-gritty is our friend. The details are our allies. We will work together to balance your body’s core systems and get you healthy.

What You Can Expect
This six-month program is completed largely via phone, email, and Zoom meetings. Once you select this option, you will be provided a link to a comprehensive, multiple-choice nutritional assessment. When this is completed, you will be prompted to schedule an appointment for one week after you complete the intake.
Week One: Fact-Finding
You will complete new client paperwork along with a nutritional assessment (as mentioned above) consisting of 321 questions.
You will start a journal tracking your diet, exercise and lifestyle habits, specifically noting the times you experience symptoms.
You will be asked to complete a hair testing mineral analysis (hTMA). The value of this test with interpretation ($250.00) is included in the package.
You will be asked to complete specialty labs (GI Map and/or Organic Acid Testing). The value of one of these tests with interpretation ($750.00 +) is included in the package.
I will devote four hours to reviewing all your intake paperwork, the answers to your nutritional assessment, and any lab work provided.
I will make notes and compile research as needed in order to secure a firm direction for conversation during your appointment.
Week Two: The Plan
90-minute call via Zoom or in person. I will listen
to you. I will ask questions, take notes, and ask more questions.
After our appointment, I will review my notes and your lab work. I will further research your case, following up with your doctor as needed.
I will create a customized plan for nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness recommendations based on your body’s needs in gastrointestinal health, detox, and/or hormone (neuroendocrine) balancing. This plan includes:
- Roadmap to healing with “handouts”
- Dietary changes and recipes to minimize symptoms and heal
- Lifestyle interventions
- Detailed suggestions on a targeted nutraceutical protocol with a 20% discount on all supplements purchased from my shop
- Recommendations for additional labs testing when needed
- Emails to clarify instructions and provide wellness tips
- Follow up recommendations for future course of action in regards to other programs offered
60-minute consult via Zoom or in person at the end of the week or the beginning of the following week to discuss your progress, answer questions, review the plan, and make any necessary changes.
Weeks Three through Twenty-five: Following Up & Tweaking
You will complete the same 321 question nutritional assessment from week one every three weeks to track the progress of your health (weeks 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24). Each time, this information will be reviewed, evaluated, and compared with prior collected information and charted in an easy-to-read format in order to follow your progress.
You will continue your journal tracking your eating, exercise and lifestyle habits, specifically noting the times you experience symptoms.
You will be asked to complete a second hTMA during this time. Written comparison to the first test will be provided and protocol updated based on your progress and results.
I will continue researching your case.
We will have ten 45-minute phone conversations (one every two weeks) addressing progress, symptoms and needs during this time period. We will reassess and make adaptations to plan as necessary.
Detailed updates will be provided to your doctor.
Week Twenty-six: Discuss Long Term Plan
Prior to week 26, you will complete one final 321 question nutritional assessment to compare to the previous questionnaires -- this brings the total up to 9 assessments with which to track and compare progress.
60 minute phone call to discuss continuation of the plan.
Step by step action plan will be emailed to you at the end of the program.

Two 45-minute “bonus call” may be used at any time during this program.

One specialty lab with interpretation is included in this package. Additional functional medicine testing via urine or stool may be necessary in order to balance the body systems (detox, digestion, and neuroendocrine). These labs fees are not included the package. The provided hTMAs cannot be substituted for other labs.
